Aging is a natural process that we cannot avoid. when a person grows, his physical structure changes. After some age, the body stops growing. 


Skin becomes less elastic and reacts easily to external and internal changes. It becomes more fragile. The body stops producing natural fluids inside which makes the skin dry and wrinkles start appearing. The freshness of the face disappears. With exposure to Ultraviolet rays, the face becomes more visible of aging.

What are the causes of Aging?


Exposure to sunlight


Ultraviolet rays in the sunlight speed up your aging process. It is the primary cause of early wrinkles and an accelerated aging process. Constant exposure to sunlight causes the breaking down of connective tissues in the deeper layer of our skin. When the connective tissue gets damaged, the skin begins to lose its strength and flexibility, starts to sag.


Remedy

  • Limit your exposure to sunlight. You cannot avoid going out but surely you can limit the time you spend in the sun. Always use protective gear which helps you in this. Hats in the head, 


  • sunglasses in the eyes, and long-sleeved clothing can protect you from UV rays to some extent. Using creams and skincare products helps you in this regard. Apply sunscreen generously.


  • Repeated facial expressions


  • Smiling and squinting leads to mark in the face and due to the breaking down of inner connective tissue,  These marks become permanent.


Oxidation.

The highly reactive free radicals can damage the molecules of the body very easily. Our body is built with antioxidants, but with aging, this antioxidant becomes less effective in the attack of oxidants making the skin more fragile.


Inflammation.

Inflammation is the natural process happening in the body but it stimulates aging. It is the primary defense of our body against foreign invaders like bacteria or viruses. Inflammation initiates body cells to limit the damage of the skin cells caused by pollution and chemicals. This excessive inflammation causes skin sensitivity.


Stress

Stress is another contributor to fast aging. it gives more pressure to the skin and it becomes hard for the skin to fight back making skin cells collapse.


Lack of sleep

Lack of sleep is a very important factor for many health conditions. It affects major internal organs as it gives more pressure to work and makes the body weak. It also exerts pressure on our skin making it dull and tired.


Water content.

Water is an important source of energy. With the rising age, the body stops or reduces producing body fluids which make skin fragile. So we must supply enough fluid importantly water from outside so that it can compensate or maintain fluid level inside our body.  


Cold weather

It affects our skin to wrinkle fast. Coldness takes away moisture content from the skin so it is very important to apply moisture creams to the skin as a remedy.

Regular exercise helps to boost immunity and helps body organs to function normally and be active. It also helps to improve skin cells and makes them active thus controlling aging.
